Chair Castor
Megatek offers a series of reinforced, twin-wheel castors for smooth and quiet movement on hard flooring. Our Zinc Die-Cast Metal Castors are made of die-cast Zinc and are non-staining (as less grit and dirt gets embedded on wheel surface). They come with the option of brake castors (where brake force is applied onto the wheel when there is no load) and the amount of brake force can be customised to your needs. Our ESD Nylon Castors are made of ESD Nylon, with electro-plated Zinc die-cast housing for higher strength and secured ESD grounding. Our Standard Castors are also non-marking and is commonly used in general applications – both cleanroom and non-cleanroom work environments.
For industrial chairs and stools that need to be stationary at the workstation, Megatek also offers glides. Our ESD Glides are a set of conductive nylon stationary glides, with high loading capacity and non-marking on ESD flooring. Our Metal Glides are a set of alloy steel glides, offering direct metal contact for effective grounding to ESD flooring. Option to bolt down to slots of raised floors in cleanrooms is available.
